2008 - 2009 AGM
Washington Mind’s 2008- 2009 AGM was a huge success. The event was chaired by our local counsellor Dianne Snowdon and followed the theme of 5 a day for health and happiness.
2009 Great North Run
In September 2009 Jacqui Reeves (Services Manager) and Tammy Birkett (Development Worker) ran the Great North Run.

We held a Well Being Event and our Annual General Meeting at Washington Leisure Centre.
Hawk Walk
As part of our World Mental Health Day we enjoyed a Hawk Walk which helped us to promote our 'Get Moving' campaign.
Relocation
