Here at Washington Mind, we have a group which offer taster activities every week to give you an idea of what you would like to be involved in. This group is aimed at people who are looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing and who may not be ready to take part in our larger groups.
The theme of this group changed every 6-8 weeks. Examples of past themed crafts have been; clay, jewellery, sewing and more.
